 The only fault that can be placed on this pistachio variety is its small size; This type of pistachio generally has a smaller size than other pistachios, and for this reason, its price is cheaper than other pistachios.

But in terms of taste, it is no different from other pistachios, and its favorable taste and reasonable price have made it more popular in European countries.

Pistachios contain nutrients such as carbohydrates, proteins, fats, dietary fiber, phosphorus, potassium, thiamin, vitamin B6, beta carotene, lutein, zeaxanthin, calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc, copper, manganese, vitamin C, riboflavin, niacin, folate. , vitamin E, vitamin A and vitamin K. All these nutrients have made pistachio an excellent ingredient for human health.
