2- In addition, the surface color of the AKBARI pistachio nut is purple-brown, while the color of the AHMAD AGHAEI pistachio is bright red.

3- Another important difference that can be mentioned is the color of the hard shell of this pistachio variety. In the AKBARI pistachio, the color of the hard shell is more dark cream, but in the AHMAD AGHAEI pistachio, this color tends to white.
